Currently the Vice President, Sr. Business Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase, she manages business banking clients in the Los Angeles North Market and is one of the top Small Business Administration (SBA) loan producers in the region.  Her specialization includes business loans, lines of credit, cash management, merchant services and owner-occupied real estate financing.  Last month, she conducted a workshop for women-owned businesses at a local Chase branch, in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Her leadership skills extend not just in her more than two decades career but also to the San Fernando Valley community as well.  A founding board member of the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce, she held various leadership positions and was responsible for the local chamber’s growth in her roles as Vice President of Events and Vice President of Membership.  Recently inducted as the President of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles, she has dedicated her time and talent in serving the community and helping businesses grow and thrive.  “Empower entrepreneurs.  Elevate professionals. Engage Community” is the vision she has for the chamber under her leadership.

“We’re a resource for business owners, a way to connect for business professionals, a way where you can find mentorship, networking.  It’s really a way for us to build each other up.  It’s business development.  We’re really there to develop businesses, careers, people and just really support each other,” shares Lois in one of her podcast interviews when asked what the FACCGLA was all about.

Last year, she was recognized by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as one of the Valley 200, the most influential leaders in the Valley for 2021.  She recently joined The Valley Economic Alliance as a Board Member in January 2022.

During an interview with Mic Diaz of Mic Goes Live With, Lois shares her thoughts on community and advancement: “We (The Chamber) are all about collaboration.  That’s how we’re all going to succeed—if we all help each other and lift each other up.”
