THAT ARE FUN, FRUSTRATION FREE
AND MEMORABLE FOREVER
Producing the perfect event takes talent, focus, a technical eye and an innovative touch. Details matter, time must be respected and you have to have the right people with the right skillset to pull off an exceptional event that everyone will remember for years to come. And because Cowe Communications produces spectacular events numerous times a year, we get great gratification from significantly increasing our client’s influence, reach and bottom line time and time again.
Similar to our business and brand development processes, producing an event begins with a deep dive analysis.
We need to know a few things first, such as:
- What do you want to achieve?
- When would you like to have the event?
- Where is the event going to be held?
- Who are you targeting to attend the event?
- What is your event style and what will be your format?
It is important that when considering the above questions, that the brand’s promise, voice and mission are driving forces behind the answers.
After the deep dive is complete, the Cowe Communications team then builds a comprehensive event plan. This plan will cover every detail from budgets to seating arrangements, permits to transportation, risk management to contingency plans and so much more. Testing and retesting the plan is imperative to ensure a seamless experience for all.
When an event has finished, Cowe Communications still has a tremendous amount of work to do. Our team handles everything from follow-up outreach and thank you cards to data analysis, publicity and more. Our goal is to support and advance the client throughout the entire event experience and we are especially interested in the aftermath protocols and procedures.

Miri Rossitto is the heart and soul of the company. She planned a retreat for the West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce board of directors. She planned it, she organized it and she executed it beautifully. She also facilitated all of the discussions.
